The Platform is owned by KRISHN KUMAR, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at Vadodara, Gujarat – 390005 (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Your use of the Platform and the services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform, including the applicable policies incorporated herein by reference.   11. The parties shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events.

  12. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  13. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
