Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations are accepted only within 7 days of placing the order.

  2. Orders already shipped or out for delivery cannot be cancelled; they may be rejected at delivery.

  3. Perishable items are not eligible for cancellation. Refunds/replacements apply only for poor quality.

  4. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  5. Products not as described must be reported within 7 days.

  6. Manufacturer warranty issues must be directed to the manufacturer.

  7. Approved refunds are processed within 3 days.

Return Policy

Returns/exchanges are allowed within 3 days of purchase if:

  • The item is unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Not a sale item (unless defective)

Certain items may be exempt from returns and will be disclosed at purchase. Approved returns/exchanges are processed after inspection.
